First, Identity focused on brand clarity and reputation stewardship, urging consistency in how the Church presents itself. Second, Integration emphasized cross-departmental collaboration, encouraging the use of shared platforms and resources to enhance synergy. Third, Intentionality highlighted the need for high-quality, purposeful communication that fosters meaningful connections with audiences.

Noel Sibanda provided practical guidance on producing effective reports, detailing key components and stressing adherence to deadlines for submissions to SID midyear and year-end meetings. This was complemented by Thembinkosi Moyo, who introduced various digital platforms such as Adventist Cloud, ACMS, 7me, and Jetstream, demonstrating their value in enhancing communication efficiency. Mike further expanded on the Web Engine, providing deeper technical insight.
